Karen Rose is a performance coach based out of Toronto Canada providing movement optimization and performance therapy. A leader and visionary in the performance domain she has a special interest working with soccer players in addressing the subtle areas of dysfunction of the body , demonstrating how small seemingly insignificant changes lead to substantial improvements in performance.
A physiotherapist by training Karen has a background in high level soccer, advanced performance breath training, stability/mobility and mental performance. Karen’s clients compete at the OPDL, provincial and national level. Her clients have succeeded at local tournaments to CONCACAF to the Olympics.
Karen is passionate about personal growth and leading by example. With a vision to facilitate soccer players in being the best version of themselves, she empowers them to unleash their full potential on the pitch. Karen’s big picture is to create a global community of coaches, trainers and athletes who are willing to go deeper in building alignment through breath, body and mind. Karen has a minimal dose for maximal results mentality always asking the question… What is the one thing that can be done that will make all other things easier? When it comes to being your best athlete the one thing is really 3 things….alignment of breath, body and mind.

Farnaz Suleman is a registered Physiotherapist for over 15 years. She graduated from Daemen College in Amherst, NY with a Doctor of Physiotherapy in 2005. She returned to Canada where she passed her physiotherapy exam and immediately began practice in a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation clinic. Having had experience in a variety of settings: hospital-based physiotherapy, schools, outpatient orthopedics and in-home therapy, she brings a multifaceted perspective to treatment. She has extensive training with patients in motor vehicle accidents, work place injury, slip and fall, concussion, sports injuries, pre-and post-surgical and general orthopedic injuries. With her love of working out and her expertise in musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries, she is a great asset at Cristini Athletics.
Farnaz has a current certification and is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in acupuncture through Acupuncture Foundation of Canada (CAFCI). She is also trained and certified in hip and knee osteoarthritis rehabilitation though the GLA:D Canada program. In addition, she is well versed in cupping, shockwave therapy and trained in Bioflex Laser Therapy. She approaches every treatment uniquely by applying fundamental and advanced techniques of physiotherapy while prioritizing functional mobility and strength. Her treatments are heavily manual based with increased focus on education and active rehabilitation. In her free time, Farnaz enjoys adventurous cycling trails around the city with her family, boxing and weight training.
Dedicated to continuing her education and evolving her skills, Farnaz consistently thrives to evolve her practice by merging the most current evidence-based research with an overall full body wellness approach. She is passionate about her work and is dedicated in helping her patients in their journey to a healthy lifestyle.

Aparnaa is a dedicated professional with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) from the University of Toronto, complementing her earlier honors degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. Her extensive clinical experiences have honed her skills and deepened her understanding of patient care.
She is passionate about assisting athletes of all levels and helping individuals, both male and female, manage various pelvic floor conditions, promoting confidence and physical well-being.
Beyond her professional commitments, Aparnaa finds joy in powerlifting, enhancing her physical abilities and emphasizing the importance of proper technique in sports. She also recognizes the critical role of the pelvic floor in stabilization and is eager to educate athletes on this aspect, contributing to the management of stress urinary incontinence during physical activities, ultimately benefiting her clients' overall well-being.

With over a decade in the fitness and health industry, Jake brings a movement and athletic based approach to helping the body heal. In 2015, Jake earned his diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College. Following that Jake became a rehab focused personal trainer/conditioning coach for quite some time focusing on working with wrestlers, strength-based athletes, and individuals with physical disabilities. Having wrestled for 6 years he knows what the athlete’s focus for recovery and injury management was.
Jake attended Humber College’s Massage therapy program where he graduated in 2020 through the heart of the pandemic and is now a registered RMT with the CMTO. He has also completed additional training in IASTM, cupping, A.R.T and attended numerous movement pattern-based courses. Jake has a drive for consistently improving knowledge and believes that you can achieve results in multiple ways, and he strives to find the best way for each patient.
In his spare time, you will find Jake training in the gym for a new fitness endeavour or finding new fun activities to do with his fiancé.
